Highlite Construction provides hydrovac excavation, civil utility construction, daylighting, line locating, and haulage and disposal services across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.

Use of Services

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, ensure site access, and comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements.

Scheduling and Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency response; however, response times may vary depending on conditions, availability, and project scope.

Payments

Fees are agreed upon prior to service delivery. Payments may be processed through secure third-party systems. Late payments may result in service delays or additional charges.

Project Conditions and Liability

While we prioritize safety and precision, excavation work involves inherent risks. Clients acknowledge that unforeseen underground conditions may impact timelines or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Highlite Construction’s liability is limited to the total cost of services provided.

Warranties

Services are provided on a reasonable efforts basis. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes beyond industry standards.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or outside agreed scope.

Intellectual Property

All website content and materials remain the property of Highlite Construction unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
